On a slow evening at the store, a local contractor stopped in to donate 5 mannequins & a mini-fridge. Random? Yes. But why we love Lawrenceville. He lives near the store and came by to see if we could use this family of five, who were on their way to the dump before they took up residence at 5400 Butler. Now that money can be used for other things. Come on by to welcome the latest members of the Common Thread family.

Thanks to Snowzilla we have been closed for that last week, but beginning this Saturday we are going to be resuming our regular hours. 10am to 6pm.

We are also extending our 100% to Haiti drive through February  17th. Please come down and shop til you drop so that we can partner with World Vision as they help relieve the suffering in Port-au-Prince.
